　　The great plan? I think that my brother Howard really understands my father's nature, who he is as a person, the kind of ways he thinks about the culture of the company, and behavior. And so to have my brother here in a role that overseeing the behavior of the company, activities of the company, is really a great plan。

　　So what's the role you would take in the future for the huge family business?

　　I would not have a role in the big family business. I feel quite comfortable with it, because it's not my expertise my father often talks about. It's the circle of companies that he does well. And he talks to all of us that to know what we are doing well and focus on it. For me it's the music, and it's the book, it's the message, that's what I do and I believe I do that well and so I'm quite happy frankly, actually, I am quite happy that my brother wants to step in to that world. And I may do the things I do best。
